Rooms are £65 per night for a single and £75 for a double. We also provide long-term lodgings at a reduced rate. Please enquire for details.


Directions



Coming from Boston take Horncastle Road (B1183) for about a mile, turn right onto Pilley's Lane, cross over the bridge, and turn immediately left. Follow the track for 500 yards and you will see the house at the end of the track. Feel free to call if you need assistance finding us.
