Description

The Limes is a picturesque bed and breakfast guesthouse, about a mile from the centre of Boston. There are four large double bedrooms, all beautifully furnished with en-suite or a private bathroom. Each room has complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, television and WiFi access. The property is opposite the Cowbridge House Inn which serves authentic pub food in the evenings and roasts on Sunday. There are numerous trails and footpaths and a rich variety of birds and wildlife for those interested in nature walks. There is private fishing access and it adjoins Boston Golf Club.

Breakfast

Our traditional full English breakfast is hard to resist and a great way to start your day. We serve ours with Boston Sausage (a local delicacy), top quality bacon, eggs, fried tomatoes, baked beans with fried bread and toast. Continental Breakfast includes a selection of cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts and homemade marmalade and jams. Please do let us know in advance if you prefer continental breakfast to ensure we have fresh pastries available. Breakfast is served with tea or coffee and orange juice.

Coming from Boston take the Horncastle Road (B1183) for about a mile, turn right onto Pilley's Lane, cross over the bridge and turn immediately left. Follow the track for 500 yards and you will see the house at the end of the track. Feel free to call if you need assistance finding us.

Payment

Rooms are charged at £60 per room for double occupancy. For single occupancy the charge is £40. Payment is by Cheque or Cash.

Other details

Arrival is usually at around 4pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Departure is by 11am.
